Brian helped to serve up a wonderful surprise birthday dinner for my Aunt’s 65 birthday! Using his own flavors, straight from his gardens, the menu was an amazing explosion of flavors.  He prepared a five course meal on-site, that left us beyond satisfied and with a wonderful memory!  I would highly recommend Brian, and personally look forward to an opportunity to work with him again!

Brian catered our outdoor wedding- meal was well planned (so easy to work with and create the menu), used high quality foods, organic meats, and was the most talked about part of our wedding. He prepared tasty and amazing appetizers to start our meal which led next to the meal itself. Satisfied both meat eaters and vegetarians alike. All were happily fed and satiated. Wedding cake was made to order and even had edible orchids – perfect for our theme. Amount of food was perfect, execution and delivery of food was done as promised, prices were highly reasonable, and Brian and staff were easy and flexible to work with. He prepared food for 125 people, but it felt like he was cooking for just us.

Brian went above and beyond to meet our needs and the vision we had for the food at our wedding exceeded what we had wished for. We highly recommend him for any catering event and would gladly ask him to cater for us again in the future.

We hired Brian to cater my daughter’s wedding this spring, and Brian is wonderful to work with on every level. He advised us on all areas of our event – helped connect us with a bar service, create a menu, and offered great ideas and presentation that not only met our needs but made the meal really special.

We had searched for a while to find a caterer, and really scored by finding Brian! Because he’s not only an experienced chef, but also local to the North Conway area, he could prepare food in his own commercial kitchen and bring it to our venue. This eliminated the need to bring in a portable kitchen, and dramatically decreased the catering cost compared to other caterers we talked with. He offered so many extras other caterers don’t – plates, flatware, sign boards, etc. – all of which would otherwise need to be rented, that it really reduced the cost and simplified the whole process.

I’m happy to give Brian rave reviews, I can’t recommend him enough. He’s a professional, talented chef, a great resource for planning an event, and a nice guy!

I am currently employed as a personal chef. In order to keep my culinary skills sharp and to stay up to date on the latest culinary trends, I learn under Chef Brian for my continuing education needs. He is an excellent teacher. The knowledge I gain from each cooking class is invaluable to my job and me. Each class is a never-ending learning experience.

I also host cooking classes at my home kitchen taught by Chef Brian, and the feedback from the participants is always excellent. He has a patient and kind manner, which makes even the novice cook comfortable in the kitchen. The students thoroughly enjoy the classes, as do I because the classes are run professionally and always well thought out.

It is evident that Chef Brian is a culinary expert. His food is outstanding! The best part of working with Chef Brian is that his food wonderful. The only way that I can describe it is that there is softness and fullness to his flavors, everything is at the perfect level of flavor and texture. This allows for a great experience in eating. He has an appreciation for fresh locally grown produce and meats and utilizes them often, and I believe that appreciation adds to the quality of his final product. Working with Chef is a great experience, which I intend to continue.

Brian created an amazing fall in New England inspired menu for our intimate wedding in the mountains of New Hampshire. He was very easy to work with and our guests were raving all night and the next day about everything he and his team prepared. Unbelievable charcuterie board designed to impress along with wonderful hors d’oeuvres to kick off the evening – followed by quite the plated dinner complete with a palate cleanser prior to the surf and turf consisting of freshly caught scallops and grass fed beef tenderloin – topped off with pumpkin crème Brule, chocolate fondue, and fall themed cupcakes.

The food was melt in your mouth quality and the service was impeccable! My now wife and I would recommend Brian to anyone looking for a private chef and will certainly be using him in the future!

Brian and his staff were fantastic!  Leading up to the event he was extremely responsive, and professional.

He was very accommodating, especially with the day-to-day uncertainty surrounding COVID-19.

He designed a fantastic menu for 25 people at a rental property in NH.  For the cocktail hour we had chicken wrapped in apple-wood smoked back, BBQ pork sliders, and bruschetta followed up with a buffet style dinner which included Caesar salad, chicken parmesan, farfalle pasta, garlic roasted potatoes, and steamed broccoli.  It was delicious!

The day of, Brian showed up when he said he would, was efficient in the kitchen, and cleaned up after.  He even packaged the leftovers so that we could take them with us.  It was a stress free experience, and worth every penny!
