Hello, my name is Brian Coffey. I have been a professional chef and full service caterer for over 30 years. I started cooking at the age of 9 helping my mother cater weddings, and I have been working in kitchens ever since. My culinary career has taken me all over the world. I use all my experience and all my senses to create the most flavorful food that I am able. Flavor is King in my book!
My passion is cooking and working with the highest quality products I can find. I love catering to the needs of others, and my goal is to always exceed the expectations of the customers I cater to. I love presenting the food in the most attractive way that I can, and I enjoy both the art and science of proper food presentation. My philosophy on food and cooking is simple; I love love sourcing the best food I can find, and I always start locally. I use the best culinary techniques to prepare everything I create. I love to custom design menus for each event so that all my customers’ guests dietary needs have been well thought out. I can design a meal for any occasion, and execute parties of any type and size. Since the Covid pandemic I have downsized and focus on a variety of smaller events in a range of casual family-style gatherings from 10-30 people like birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions, and back yard weddings of up to 85 people. I also cater to the needs of the local community like business Christmas parties and other business gatherings like Pig Roast picnics, ski club reunions, funeral receptions, and any other type of event requiring high quality food service.
Serving the Mount Washington Valley and surrounding area for many years I have built my reputation on menus designed to impress, professionalism, and the utmost respect for the safety of my customers, the culinary team, and the safety of the food they consume. My culinary team and I follow all the recommended guidelines set forth by the CDC to protect everyone.
