Chef-driven catering and private dining rooted in tradition, care, and the joy of feeding others.
COOKING WITH PURPOSE, SERVING WITH HEART
My philosophy has really never wavered. For me, cooking has never been just about food on a plate. It is about care, generosity, and the simple act of serving others. Good food slows people down, brings them together, and makes them feel welcome. Every event I cater is prepared with that intention.
WHAT AUTHENTIC CATERING REALLY MEANS
Authenticity is not a buzzword. It is a responsibility. Much of what exists online today is untested and disconnected from how people actually cook. Recipes are guides, not rules. Every dish I serve has been cooked, refined, and trusted in real kitchens for real gatherings.
CATERING & PRIVATE CHEF SERVICES IN NEW HAMPSHIRE
Catering is the heart of my work. I provide chef-driven catering for weddings, private dinners, and small events throughout New Hampshire. Every menu is built collaboratively and prepared from scratch with calm execution and care. I have been a member of the American Culinary Association for many years which has long been an authority on food in America of which I am a certified Executive Chef. I am also a proud fellow member of the American Academy of Chefs.
COMMUNITY COOKING CLASSES
From time to time, I offer small local cooking classes as a way to share knowledge and stay connected to my community. These classes are not commercial ventures but an extension of my craft, and the love for food and teaching others the joy of cooking.
WHY TECHNIQUE AND TRADITION MATTER
Good catering is built on fundamentals: technique, seasoning, timing, and restraint. These principles guide my work in every setting. I have honed my skills over the years and have been a culinary instructor at Le Cordon Bleu and the University of New Hampshire.
FOOD MEANT TO BE SHARED
SOURCING FOOD
The quality of the food we prepare our menus with is very important. We believe strongly that we stay true to finding the best quality food to prepare our menus. This starts with sourcing our local farmers and fisherman. Our Farm-to-Table approach to premium quality food has proven to be the cornerstone for gathering food from local New Hampshire sources.
