I hired Brian to do a private dinner to celebrate moving into my new home. Brian helped to serve up a wonderful surprise birthday dinner for my Aunt’s 65 birthday! Using his own flavors, straight from his gardens, the menu was an amazing explosion of flavors. He prepared a five course meal on-site, that left us beyond satisfied and with a wonderful memory! Brian Coffey recently catered our small wedding in North Conway – what a great choice that was! The food was excellent and most guests could not stop raving about it. Brian was extremely easy to do business with as well, as he was able to create a family-style menu that suited our group perfectly. Brian and Co. catered our wedding and they outdid our expectations in every way. Every detail of our day was DIY except the meal, so I asked a billion questions in advance. Brian was always patient, thorough, and quick with his responses. He and his team served amazing apps, and the charcuterie board was both gorgeous and delicious. We asked for a taco bar that turned out to be everything we wanted and more. We had a group of 30 who were all raving about the food and did not have one single complaint amongst them! 7 out of 5 stars for this team!

Cannot say enough good things about our experience!!!! We were hosting our company party and couldn’t be accommodated at a restaurant therefore we decided to hire a private chef. Brian Coffey catering is wonderful! He catered my daughter’s wedding which was outdoors. His staff are amazing professional people. From the hors d’oeurves right through the meal, they made sure everyone was happy! Brian helped the bride and groom choose a menu that was great for all, including our vegetarian and vegan friends. This was our last child to be married but I would hire Brian again for any gathering. It was truly important to him that our wedding guests enjoyed themselves. Thank You Brian and staff!

Ordered a charcuterie board from Brian for a party which was fantastic! Fed more than 20 people and was a beautiful presentation. Almost everyone at the party commented on it. He came to my house to set it up and explained what everything was. Perfect looking, delicious and so much attention to detail. Will definitely order from him again.

Brian Coffey and his assistant Bob cooked dinner for 12-24 of us every night during February school vacation week. We rented the entire 1785 Inn and had so much fun. It was a tremendous relief to come home to dinner each evening. No long waits at restaurants. No grocery shopping. No worries about what to have for dinner. It was awesome. On top of that, Brian and Bob were professional, very accommodating, organized and reliable. And, last but certainly not least (sometimes you save the best for last) every meal was delicious with plenty for leftovers for lunch the next day. Each night brought a different appetizer and dessert as well! Long review, I know but – Brian and Bob really made our entire week.

Brian catered our outdoor wedding- meal was well planned (so easy to work with and create the menu), used high quality foods, organic meats, and was the most talked about part of our wedding. He prepared tasty and amazing appetizers to start our meal which led next to the meal itself. Satisfied both meat eaters and vegetarians alike. All were happily fed and satiated. Wedding cake was made to order and even had edible orchids – perfect for our theme. Amount of food was perfect, execution and delivery of food was done as promised, prices were highly reasonable, and Brian and staff were easy and flexible to work with. He prepared food for 125 people, but it felt like he was cooking for just us.
Brian went above and beyond to meet our needs and the vision we had for the food at our wedding exceeded what we had wished for. We highly recommend him for any catering event and would gladly ask him to cater for us again in the future.

We cannot recommend Brian Coffey and his team more highly. Brian catered an entire celebration weekend for us including two big family dinners and a large tented cocktail party. Not only did everything run perfectly smoothly, the food was inventive, DELICIOUS, and beautiful. Our family and guests were so happy and kept commenting how good it was. Brian was a pleasure to work with in planning and had great ideas, was wise counsel on rentals and ordering, and calm and professional. Brian is fantastic! We could not recommend him more. Brian catered our wedding, and everything was absolutely perfect. We had unusual menu requests, but Brian was willing to make everything happen. He is a master of German/Polish food. He also was so wonderful to work with. He answered all of our questions, made great suggestions, and was willing to take care of all of our requests. We had so many people at our wedding rave about the food. We even had people going up for seconds and thirds. He was also so fantastic about handling my gluten allergy. We had multiple people at our wedding who also had various allergies, and Brian made it super easy for these folks to navigate. They all enjoyed so many of the dishes! We hired Brian to cater my daughter’s wedding this spring, and Brian is wonderful to work with on every level. He advised us on all areas of our event – helped connect us with a bar service, create a menu, and offered great ideas and presentation that not only met our needs but made the meal really special.
We had searched for a while to find a caterer, and really scored by finding Brian! Because he’s not only an experienced chef, but also local to the North Conway area, he could prepare food in his own commercial kitchen and bring it to our venue. This eliminated the need to bring in a portable kitchen, and dramatically decreased the catering cost compared to other caterers we talked with. He offered so many extras other caterers don’t – plates, flatware, sign boards, etc. – all of which would otherwise need to be rented, that it really reduced the cost and simplified the whole process.
I’m happy to give Brian rave reviews, I can’t recommend him enough. He’s a professional, talented chef, a great resource for planning an event, and a nice guy!

I am currently employed as a personal chef. In order to keep my culinary skills sharp and to stay up to date on the latest culinary trends, I learn under Chef Brian for my continuing education needs. He is an excellent teacher. The knowledge I gain from each cooking class is invaluable to my job and me. Each class is a never-ending learning experience.
I also host cooking classes at my home kitchen taught by Chef Brian, and the feedback from the participants is always excellent. He has a patient and kind manner, which makes even the novice cook comfortable in the kitchen. The students thoroughly enjoy the classes, as do I because the classes are run professionally and always well thought out.
It is evident that Chef Brian is a culinary expert. His food is outstanding! The best part of working with Chef Brian is that his food wonderful. The only way that I can describe it is that there is softness and fullness to his flavors, everything is at the perfect level of flavor and texture. This allows for a great experience in eating. He has an appreciation for fresh locally grown produce and meats and utilizes them often, and I believe that appreciation adds to the quality of his final product. Working with Chef is a great experience, which I intend to continue.

Brian and his staff were fantastic! Leading up to the event he was extremely responsive, and professional.
He was very accommodating, especially with the day-to-day uncertainty surrounding COVID-19.
He designed a fantastic menu for 25 people at a rental property in NH. For the cocktail hour we had chicken wrapped in apple-wood smoked back, BBQ pork sliders, and bruschetta followed up with a buffet style dinner which included Caesar salad, chicken parmesan, farfalle pasta, garlic roasted potatoes, and steamed broccoli. It was delicious!
The day of, Brian showed up when he said he would, was efficient in the kitchen, and cleaned up after. He even packaged the leftovers so that we could take them with us. It was a stress free experience, and worth every penny!

Our group was so glad we hired Brian Coffey and his team to cater our reunion at the 1785 Inn in North Conway. Brian was easy to work with during the booking process, and he sent us detailed menus for our approval. He and his staff prepared five breakfasts and five dinners for our group of 26 people, making adjustments in the final calculations several weeks before as our numbers changed slightly.
Besides preparing a variety of delicious meals, Brian and his staff made the entire experience warm and personalized. Staff members remembered special requests, greeted us as we arrived, and learned many of our names. After a few days we felt we were being fed and served by family members rather than an impersonal caterer. Brian has assembled a professional and dedicated team who have many years of experience in the catering industry. You are not just hiring one chef but a fantastic team. They thoroughly cleaned up after every meal, leaving us to enjoy our time with each other at the reunion. If we ever come back to the area, we wouldn’t think of hiring anyone else!

Brian pulled off one of the best magic tricks I have ever seen. Due to the pandemic my daughter’s wedding had to be moved from Maine to NH and we only had 5 months to plan an outdoor wedding for 200 guests. We found a venue but needed to find a caterer that could work without a kitchen on site. Brian not only was able to serve 200 guests a full cocktail hour menu but also the main course of filet mignon, chicken and a vegetable option for the vegetarian crowd. For the cocktail hour the crab cakes and pulled pork sliders were out of this world! How these could be prepared on site, without a kitchen at the venue, is beyond me. The Main course was fantastic as well and the guests couldn’t stop talking about the food. Even Brian’s crew deserves major accolades for their professionalism and great work before, during and after the wedding. This was my first wedding I had to plan and Brian made sure that I had everything else required for the event. He was a wealth of knowledge that I couldn’t have done without. He went way above and beyond what would have been expected from the caterer. If you are looking for a caterer for any event, you can’t go wrong chosen Brian!

Brian created an amazing fall in New England inspired menu for our intimate wedding in the mountains of New Hampshire. He was very easy to work with and our guests were raving all night and the next day about everything he and his team prepared. Unbelievable charcuterie board designed to impress along with wonderful hors d’oeuvres to kick off the evening – followed by quite the plated dinner complete with a palate cleanser prior to the surf and turf consisting of freshly caught scallops and grass fed beef tenderloin – topped off with pumpkin crème Brule, chocolate fondue, and fall themed cupcakes.
The food was melt in your mouth quality and the service was impeccable! My now wife and I would recommend Brian to anyone looking for a private chef and will certainly be using him in the future!
